We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Leasing & Maintenance Coordinator to support our growing property management portfolio.
The successful candidate will assist with residential leasing activities, tenant communications, maintenance coordination, contractor scheduling, work order management, and administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong follow-up habits, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The adecuado candidate is comfortable dealing with prospective tenants, existing tenants, contractors, maintenance technicians, and property managers while ensuring all company procedures are followed accurately.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leasing Administration
- Respond to rental inquiries received through advertising platforms, email, phone, and text.
- Qualify prospective tenants based on company screening criteria.
- Schedule and coordinate property showings.
- Follow up with prospective tenants regarding applications and required documents.
- Process rental applications and review documents for completeness.
- Conduct tenant screening, including: Credit and Reference Checks, Employment and Income Verification.
- Prepare Lease agreements and leasing documentation.
- Coodinate electronic signatures and Lease execution.
- Maintain accurate tenant records and digital files.
- Update leasing trackers and vacancy reports.
- Comply with company leasing policies and procedures.
Maintenance Coordination
- Receive and review maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.
- Assess request priority and ensure urgent issues are escalated immediately.
- Create and dispatch maintenance work orders.
- Assign work orders to contractors and maintenance staff.
- Schedule repairs and coordinate access arrangements.
