Role Description

Lead the development and delivery of visual design and creative communication that strengthen brand identity, improve audience engagement, and support marketing and business objectives. This role is responsible for translating strategies, messages, and ideas into clear, consistent, and compelling visual experiences.

The successful candidate will oversee the creation of digital advertisements, social media graphics, websites, presentations, reports, campaign materials, packaging, event collateral, and other branded assets. Responsibilities include developing creative concepts, reviewing design quality, managing production schedules, and ensuring all materials comply with brand guidelines.

The role requires close collaboration with marketing, content, product, communications, sales, user-experience, and senior leadership teams. Additional responsibilities include preparing creative briefs, managing agencies and freelancers, improving design workflows, maintaining asset libraries, and adapting designs for different formats, platforms, markets, and audiences.





For leadership responsibilities, the position may manage designers and creative teams, establish visual standards, allocate projects, oversee budgets, approve major creative work, and develop the organisation’s long-term visual communication strategy.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related discipline.
- Experience in graphic design, art direction, brand design, visual communications, or creative-team management.
- A strong professional portfolio demonstrating branding, digital, print, campaign, and communication design.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
- Familiarity with Figma, Canva, presentation software, motion graphics, or video-editing tools is beneficial.
