We are looking for an
Operational Procurement Analyst
to manage and support the end-to-end
Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, timely execution, and an excellent experience for internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the
end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process
, from purchase requisition through purchase order creation, invoice processing, and payment follow-up.
- Create, review, and monitor
Purchase Orders (POs)
and purchase requisitions.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues related to purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
- Monitor invoices, discrepancies, and exceptions throughout the P2P process.
- Analyze procurement data and generate reports to identify operational trends and opportunities for process improvement.
- Leverage
Power BI
to develop dashboards, reports,



and data-driven analyses.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of procurement-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with established procurement policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Provide accurate and timely support to stakeholders throughout the purchasing process.

Requirements
- Previous experience in
Operational Procurement and/or Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
.
- Solid understanding of the
end-to-end P2P cycle
and purchasing processes.
- Hands-on experience with
Purchase Orders, requisitions, invoices, and vendor management
.
- Experience using
Power BI
for reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2)
, required for communication with international teams and stakeholders.
