What You Will Be Doing
- Design, develop, refactor, and test backend components for Epicor Kinetic, supporting functional areas such as manufacturing and supply chain.
- Build reliable, maintainable software using C# and the .NET ecosystem.
- Work with LINQ and Entity Framework to implement business logic and data access.
- Design and maintain unit and integration tests as part of the development lifecycle.
- Apply a Shift-Left approach by embedding quality, testing, and automation early in the software development process.
- Create internal tools, assistants, or AI-enabled solutions that simplify and accelerate repetitive development and business tasks.
- Integrate existing AI capabilities into software solutions without requiring the development or training of AI models from scratch.
- Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement of development practices.

What You Likely Bring
- 5 years of experience developing in C# and the .NET ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with LINQ, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.




- Proficiency with Microsoft development tools, including Visual Studio and Azure DevOps
- Experience designing and implementing Unit Tests and Integration Tests.
- Experience using Postman (or similar tools) for API development and testing.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, clean code principles, and secure development practices.
- Demonstrated experience applying Shift-Left methodologies and promoting quality throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Demonstrable knowledge and practical experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI), including leveraging AI-powered development tools or integrating AI capabilities into software solutions.
- Experience with Git and modern version control systems, including branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, and collaborative development workflows.
