About the Role

We are looking for a skilled
Business Analyst
to join our
Agentic Delivery Capability
team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring our agentic delivery processes are well-defined, auditable, and aligned with stakeholder expectations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a bilingual professional based in Latin America to work remotely with a general team on cutting-edge delivery frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Discovery & Specification
- Conduct discovery sessions with business and technical stakeholders to capture requirements, pain points, and opportunities for agentic solutions
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Document workflows, data flows, and edge cases to ensure comprehensive coverage before development begins

2. Product Owner & Stakeholder Engagement




- Act as a liaison between Product Owners, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to align priorities and expectations
- Facilitate regular check-ins, backlog grooming sessions, and requirement reviews
- Gather and synthesize feedback from multiple stakeholders to refine product direction and reduce ambiguity

3. Delivery & Cadence Flow
- Support sprint planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure delivery milestones are met on schedule
- Monitor delivery cadence and proactively identify bottlenecks, risks, or dependencies that could impact timelines
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to maintain a smooth and predictable delivery rhythm

4. Control Evidence & Audit Readiness
- Maintain thorough documentation and evidence trails to support internal controls and compliance requirements
