About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded
E-Commerce Manager

to manage and grow a portfolio of consumer brands across Amazon and other e-commerce channels.

This role is responsible for the overall performance and health of multiple brands, including revenue, profitability, advertising, inventory, pricing, promotions, listings, and new product launches.

You will work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, supply chain, finance, operations, and product development teams to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive profitable growth across the portfolio.

The idóneo candidate is comfortable managing multiple priorities at once, digging into data, taking ownership of results, and operating in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the commercial performance of a portfolio of e-commerce brands, including revenue, profitability, advertising efficiency, conversion, traffic, inventory, and overall brand health.
- Develop a deep understanding of each brand’s performance drivers, challenges,



and growth opportunities; identify underperformance and build clear, data-driven action plans.
- Analyze key marketing performance metrics and ensure advertising strategies align with profitability, inventory, promotions, and brand priorities.
- Develop and execute growth strategies across pricing, assortment, market share, product extensions, and marketplace expansion.
- Analyze market, category, customer, and competitor trends, and plan major promotional events including Prime Day and Black Friday/Cyber Monday.
- Partner with supply chain to manage inventory and forecasting across brands and SKUs, incorporating historical sales, seasonality, advertising, promotions, and launches while proactively addressing stockouts, excess inventory, and slow-moving products.
