Lead strategic workplace consulting processes by integrating research, workplace methodologies, data analysis, and space planning to translate clients' organizational needs into spatial strategies.

This position is a hybrid role onsite 3-4 days per week in our Showroom in Mexico City and travels 30% of the time.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Interacts with Real Estate heads and Key Decision-makers to influence the solutions that will eventually turn into specification and purchase of Miller Knoll products.
- Develop and deliver strategic deep-dive presentations for corporate clients, maintaining proactive,



consultative communication throughout all phases of the project.
- Support in-person showroom tours, demonstrating advanced knowledge of workplace furniture, space typologies, and workplace configurations.
- Design, develop, and facilitate workshops for A&D; firms and dealers, focused on training in workplace trends, tools, methodologies, and industry insights.
- Design and develop qualitative research instruments, including department-specific interview guides aligned with the client's organizational structure and operating dynamics.
- Develop, administer, and analyze organizational workplace style surveys using platforms such as Qualtrics.
- Analyze information through synthesis, inductive and deductive reasoning, and cross-functional data analysis, translating findings into actionable insights for the physical workplace.
