What will you do in this role?

You will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the planning, execution, and closure of technical service activities related to industrial furnaces, combustion systems, and heating equipment, ensuring operational targets are met, resources are optimized, and customer satisfaction is maintained.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and assign technical service activities, ensuring proper resource allocation and logistics planning.
- Monitor technicians’ workloads to maintain balanced capacity and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement training plans for the Service team.




- Track and manage operational and administrative KPIs for the Service department, ensuring compliance with established objectives.
- Prepare service completion reports for presentation and feedback sessions with customers.
- Manage and monitor incentive and bonus programs for Service department personnel.
- Analyze customer feedback surveys and develop action plans to address findings and improve service quality.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in
Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering
, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience
in roles such as
Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Coordinator, or Project Coordinator
.
- Knowledge of
combustion systems, industrial furnaces, or thermal equipment
is desirable.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Availability to work
100% on-site
