Summary

Hi, we are a small, owner-run digital marketing agency in New Jersey. We do local SEO, custom WordPress/Elementor websites, and PPC exclusively for home service contractors: electricians, builders, roofers, carpenters, and remodelers. Small roster, high client retention, and we care a lot about the quality of what we ship.

Our Role
We are looking for the right full-time / part-time team member to be the execution lead for our SEO clients. Every month I build a strategy map and task list for each client. You carry it out on that client's scheduled days, with care.

The goal is to rank our clients in local search results, the Google Map Pack, and AI Overviews so their phones ring and their forms fill up. Traffic matters, but leads are the KPI.

What You Will Do:
- Build new pages (service pages, town/service-area pages, blogs) and optimize existing ones in Elementor
- Write copy that sounds like a real local contractor, not a Wikipedia article
- Technical SEO fixes, schema implementation, and internal linking




- Submit and confirm indexing of all published work in Google Search Console
- Monitor rankings and performance in GSC, Semrush, and BrightLocal
- Log all completed work and changes daily in our dashboard changelog
- Pull the data I need for monthly client reports
- Flag anything that needs my input: client photos, backlink opportunities (with your reasoning), citation orders, or anything the client needs to do

This part matters most to us. I set the strategy, but I need someone who sees what else needs doing. If you finish a client's list early, you should already know where to look: pages slipping in GSC, weak internal linking, missing schema, indexing issues, thin or outdated pages, layout problems on mobile. You're not rewriting the strategy, but you should never be sitting idle wondering what's next. Fix what's in scope, log it, and flag what isn't.
