Position Overview

The US Payroll Specialist is responsible for supporting the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of payroll for employees across the United States. This role partners closely with Human Resources, Finance, payroll vendors, and employees to ensure payroll transactions are completed efficiently and in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

The adecuado candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and experienced in US payroll operations, including payroll taxes, compliance, and payroll systems.



This position directly contributes to employee satisfaction, operational excellence, and business continuity.

What you'll do
- Process end-to-end US payroll activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Review and validate payroll data, including new hires, terminations, promotions, payroll adjustments, and employee deductions.
- Support payroll tax activities, garnishments, W-2 processing, and other payroll compliance requirements.
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, employee inquiries, and payroll-related issues.
- Perform payroll audits, data reconciliations, and payroll reporting activities.
- Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data accuracy within payroll systems.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Benefits, and external payroll providers to support payroll operations.
- Participate in payroll process improvement, automation, and system enhancement initiative
