Job Description:

As a Principal Engineer - HBM Verification at Micron, you will be at the forefront of brand new memory technology, leading the verification of high-bandwidth memory (HBM) builds. This role is outstanding in its opportunity to influence verification methodologies and deliver world-class memory solutions through innovative problem-solving and collaboration with a distributed team. Your contributions will be critical in ensuring flawless, high-performance products that set industry standards
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end verification and analysis of complex full-chip custom builds for HBM products
- Build, complete, and optimize verification plans, test cases, and stimulus to improve functional coverage and design quality




- Build and maintain verification environments, test benches, and regression suites to support efficient pre-silicon validation
- Collaborate with general build and verification teams to debug issues, improve methodologies, and drive successful project execution
- Leverage AI-assisted tools and automation technologies to improve verification efficiency, productivity, and engineering workflows
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 12+ years of experience in pre-silicon build verification for complex semiconductor products
- Proficiency in developing, simulating, and maintaining verification environments and test benches
- Strong understanding of digital circuit build, simulation, debug, troubleshooting, and evaluation techniques
- Experience developing verification plans, test cases, and verification strategies aimed at comprehensive examinati
