About the Role

We are seeking a
Bilingual Intake Specialist
to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients following an accident or injury.

This role is idóneo for professionals with experience in
customer service, healthcare administration, medical front desk, patient coordination, intake, or legal support
, who enjoy helping people, gathering information accurately, and providing excellent client service.

You will play a key role in creating a positive client experience by guiding potential clients through the intake process with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients via phone, email, chat, and web inquiries.
- Conduct intake interviews and gather case-related information.
- Document accident, injury, insurance,



and client details accurately.
- Enter and maintain information within the firm's case management system.
- Qualify and screen potential cases according to established criteria.
- Follow up with prospective clients and answer questions regarding next steps.
- Coordinate with case managers, attorneys, and legal staff to ensure smooth case transitions.
- Maintain compassionate and professional communication with clients during stressful situations.
- Support intake reporting and performance metrics.

Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in:
- Customer Service
- Client Support
- Healthcare Administration
- Medical Reception
- Patient Coordination

- Legal Support
- Fluent English and Spanish (written and verbal).
