The Role
As a Strategic Account Executive at Mazdi, you will serve as the primary strategic link between our clients and internal multidisciplinary teams (Creative, Strategy, Digital, PMO).
You won't just pass along client feedback or forward emails; you will act as an operational driver and strategic partner. You’ll be responsible for understanding client business metrics, translating high-level briefs into clear execution plans,
protecting project scope and profitability, and ensuring top-tier deliverable quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the day-to-day strategic point of contact for US and LATAM client accounts, establishing trust, managing expectations, and driving client retention.
- Bilingual Execution:
Lead client meetings, present creative/strategic proposals, and manage all written and verbal communications with native-level fluency in English and Spanish.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner directly with PMO, Creative, Digital, and Strategy teams to align project scopes, maintain timelines, and ensure zero disconnect between strategy and execution.
- Proactive Quality Assurance:
Anticipate bottlenecks, audit deliverables for high accuracy before client handoff, and maintain an anticipation-first operational standard.
