We're hiring: Senior Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist — Financial Services | 100% Remote

Arvenda is a staffing company connecting top LATAM talent with U.S.-based clients. We are recruiting a Senior Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist for a specialized financial advisory firm that helps U.S. businesses restructure and recover from Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) debt.

The closing team is strong. What they need now is someone to build and own the pipeline that feeds it.

This is not a role for someone who executes someone else's playbook. We need someone who builds the system, runs it, and delivers warm, qualified opportunities directly to the advisory and legal team — ready for closure.

Schedule: Full-time · 9:00 AM–5:00 PM CST · Slight flexibility for exceptional candidates

The salary is $1,600–$1,800 USD, depending on your experience.

What you'll do

Design and execute a comprehensive B2B outbound prospecting strategy targeting U.S. businesses struggling with MCA debt or in need of financial restructuring

Identify, capture,



and organize prospect data to build a highly qualified, active sales pipeline

Conduct multi-channel outreach via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels

Qualify prospects before passing them to the advisory team — only warm, sales-ready leads reach the closing team

Build, maintain, and optimize prospect records and pipeline stages in Salesforce

Develop and refine outreach messaging, sequences, and scripts that resonate with financially distressed business owners

Monitor pipeline metrics: lead volume, quality, conversion rates, and outreach performance

Proactively identify new prospecting channels and data sources to maximize pipeline throughput

Operate fully independently — build the system, run it, and improve it without daily direction

What we're looking for

4+ years of proven experience in B2B marketing, outbound lead generation, or pipeline management — required
