Job Summary

Chubb is looking for a
Mid/Senior QA Engineer with strong Playwright automation experience
to join our technology team in Mexico. The idóneo candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test solutions to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise applications.

You will work closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and other QA professionals within an Agile environment to identify quality risks, automate test scenarios, and support continuous delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain
automated UI test scripts using Playwright
.
- Build scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks using
Playwright with TypeScript/JavaScript
.
- Create and maintain automated regression, functional, smoke, and end-to-end test suites.
- Analyze functional and technical requirements and translate them into comprehensive




test scenarios and test cases
.
- Execute manual and automated testing to validate application functionality, usability, integration, and regression requirements.
- Identify, document, troubleshoot, and track defects through the complete defect lifecycle.
- Collaborate with developers to investigate failures, identify root causes, and validate fixes.
- Integrate automated tests into
CI/CD pipelines
and support continuous testing practices.
- Execute tests across different browsers and environments and analyze automation results.
- Develop reusable test components, utilities, fixtures, and page-object models to improve automation efficiency.
- Perform API testing and validate application integrations using appropriate testing tools.
- Participate in
Agile/Scrum ceremonies
, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
