ABOUT THE ROLE

Shokworks is looking for a highly senior, strategic, and AI-native Marketing Manager based in Mexico to lead our marketing strategy, channel partnerships, and lead-generation initiatives.

This is not a traditional marketing execution role. We are looking for someone who understands how to build and activate strategic relationships, channel partnerships, demand-generation programs, and go-to-market strategies that directly contribute to business growth.

The adecuado candidate has significant experience working with both private-sector and public-sector organizations, understands complex B2B sales environments, and can operate confidently with senior executives, partners, institutions, and internal leadership teams.

You will work closely with the leadership and commercial teams to define and execute the marketing and lead-generation strategy, while taking ownership of strategic channel relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES





Channel Partnerships & Strategic Relationships

• Own and develop Shokworks' channel partnership strategy across relevant markets and industries.

• Identify, evaluate, establish, and manage strategic relationships with potential partners, referral sources, technology partners, consulting firms, agencies, and other business channels.

• Build long-term relationships that generate qualified business opportunities and expand Shokworks' market reach.

• Develop partner engagement strategies, including joint go-to-market initiatives, co-marketing opportunities, referrals, events, and strategic campaigns.

• Maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers across partner organizations.

• Identify opportunities to leverage existing networks and partnerships to accelerate pipeline generation.
