Who We Are

A Christian behavioral health organization with clinics in Florida and Cozumel, Mexico is looking for a digital PR and outreach specialist to build our authority through earned media, professional listings, and expert placements.

You will work directly with our founder, a PsyD who has founded three behavioral health organizations, is a published author with his own publishing imprint, and has appeared on Christian television. You will also work with our staff psychiatrist, a board certified MD with peer reviewed publications. Your job is to turn those credentials into third party coverage, citations, and links.

This is earned media work. We do not buy links or placements, and candidates who propose that will not be considered. We evaluate you on real conversations you open and coverage you earn, not on volume of email sent.

What you will do
- Research and build target lists of credible outlets, then find and verify the right editor, producer, or contact at each
- Draft personalized pitches for our founder's approval and signature.



Every pitch is specific to one outlet and one person. No templates.
- Send approved pitches, manage replies, and run intelligent, human follow-ups that move contacts toward a real conversation
- Manage our podcast guest pipeline, including an existing paid PodMatch professional membership capable of eight to twelve pitches per week that is currently underused
- Submit, complete, and verify professional association and directory listings
- Find existing mentions of our people and organizations that carry no link, and work to convert them into links or upgraded citations
- Build ongoing relationships with editors, producers, and journalists so we become a repeat source
- Track every target, pitch, response, follow-up, and placement in Airtable
- Report weekly on both activity and outcomes, using the KPIs below

What we are looking for
- Two or more years in digital PR, earned media, outreach, or link acquisition
- Strong writt
