$15 million toward $100 million in revenue
, and we're building the people, systems and execution capability to make that possible.
We're looking for a
Customer Project Coordinator
who loves creating order out of complexity, bringing people together and making things happen.
This is not a job for someone who simply updates spreadsheets and sends emails asking, "Any update?"
We want the person asking:
Where are we?
What happens next?
Who owns it?
When is it due?
What could stop us?
What are we going to do about it?
Your mission
Turn customer commitments into execution.
You'll become the connective tissue between
Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Warehouse, Logistics and Finance
.
When a new customer project opportunity comes in, you'll help drive it, connecting with engineering, sourcing, material readiness,
customer approvals, validation, production and ultimately shipment.
You won't do everyone's job.
You'll make sure everyone knows
what needs to happen, who owns it and when it needs to happen.
And when something starts slipping?
You don't just report the problem.
You help create action.
