We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Operations Analyst to support our growing logistics and finance operations team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career at the intersection of logistics, finance, and operational analysis within a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

As a Finance Operations Analyst, you’ll help ensure the accuracy of logistics orders, customer invoices, vendor payments, and financial records while working closely with our operations and finance teams.

Responsibilities include:




- Review and audit logistics orders and invoices for accuracy.
- Validate customer and vendor charges and identify billing discrepancies.
- Support Accounts Payable activities, including invoice tracking and vendor follow-up.
- Support Accounts Receivable activities, including payment tracking and customer account updates.
- Assist with reporting, account reconciliations, and data-entry tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and update information within company systems.
- Work with operations and finance teams to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Follow established financial controls and company processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and internal workflows.

What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
