Position Summary





Position responsible to ensure the timely and continuous supply of direct and/or indirect materials required for manufacturing operations, balancing cost, quality, inventory levels, and production continuity, in compliance with Parker Hannifin standard and policies.

Responsibilities
- Manage the procurement of direct materials, (raw materials, components, parts) and direct materials for the warehouse and planning operations (Steel, machined parts, forgings, and heat treatment services)
- Monitor and follow up on MRP requirements, purchase orders, and delivery schedule to prevent line stoppages.
- Negotiate commercial terms, lead times, and supply agreements with suppliers.
- Work closely with Planning, Production, engineering, Quality and Warehouse teams.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards and required certifications.
- Manage inventory levels to avoid excess stock or material obsolescence.
- Evaluate and develop suppliers through audits, performance reviews and scorecards.
