About This Role:
We are hiring a Senior Demand Planner for a growing omnichannel consumer products business. You will own the end-to-end demand planning process, combining company and category targets with SKU-level forecasting to translate historical sales, seasonality, market trends, promotions, product lifecycle, and wholesale demand into accurate forecasts, inventory requirements, and purchasing recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain SKU-, category-,



and company-level demand forecasts using historical sales, seasonality, trends, promotions, product lifecycle, and other relevant demand drivers.
- Reconcile top-down commercial targets with bottom-up SKU forecasts, identify gaps or changes in demand patterns, and monitor forecast accuracy, bias, and other key demand planning KPIs.
- Translate forecasts into inventory requirements and purchasing recommendations while accounting for lead times, minimum order quantities, order constraints, and inventory targets.
- Partner with Supply Chain to improve product availability while reducing stockouts, excess inventory, and obsolete inventory and supporting efficient working-capital management.
- Own the demand planning component of the S&OP; process, partnering with Finance, Sales, Merchandising, and Supply Chain to align commercial expectations, forecast assumptions, and operational requirements.
