Job Summary

Our US-based Therapy Center is seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist for an immediate-hire, remote position. This role focuses on active candidate sourcing, phone outreach, candidate follow-ups, and recruitment administration, offering standard full-time hours and stable long-term career growth.

Core Responsibilities
- Proactive Sourcing: Identify and screen potential candidates across Indeed, LinkedIn, and specialized recruitment platforms.
- Candidate Outreach & Engagement: Conduct outbound phone calls, send messages,



and execute follow-up schedules to keep candidates engaged.
- System Administration: Update candidate tracking databases, perform routine recruitment data entry, and utilize AI tools to streamline workflows.

Requirements (Must-Haves)
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of recent experience in Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter (experience in healthcare, clinical, or therapeutic staffing preferred but not required).
- Language: Advanced English verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively and conduct phone outreach.
- Communication Skills: Strong collaborative ability, receptive to feedback, and comfortable communicating project updates over the phone.
- Core Abilities: Exceptional organization, strong follow-up habits, comfort making outbound candidate calls, and interest in utilizing AI tools.
- Location: Must currently reside in Latin America.
