About the Role

Tele-Help-Ing is looking for a highly capable Operations & Growth Manager who can become a central point of execution across our organization.

This is a hybrid operations, marketing, and growth role.

We need someone who can keep the business running smoothly while also taking meaningful ownership of marketing execution and lead generation—including email marketing, CRM campaigns, content distribution, podcast promotion, funnels, advertising support, and lead nurturing.

This is not a position where marketing means simply posting content someone else creates. We want someone who understands that marketing should ultimately generate opportunities and revenue.

You will work directly with company leadership and operate across operations, client management, recruiting, systems, sales support,



and marketing.

Operations & Client Management
- Help oversee day-to-day business operations
- Monitor company inboxes and ensure important communications are handled quickly
- Coordinate client meetings, candidate interviews, onboarding, and follow-ups
- Communicate professionally with clients, candidates, partners, and team members
- Track open items and ensure commitments are completed
- Maintain and improve SOPs and internal processes
- Identify problems before they require leadership intervention
- Keep projects and team members moving toward deadlines
- Keep the organization moving when company leadership is traveling or unavailable

Marketing, Lead Generation & Growth

Marketing is a major component of this position.

You will be expected to actively contribute to generating new business opportunities through our existing audience, content, CRM, and marketing channels.
