Manufacturing Operator

We are looking for various positions located at our client's site in Tennessee, Ohio, and Alabama. We will process your work visa (TN Visa). This program will let you explore the world of auto-part manufacturing in the U.S. You will start as an
Operator/Technician
with the opportunity to grow up to other positions depending on your performance. We are looking to hire various talented engineers for this program.
- Visually and physically inspects products at various stages of the production process
- Inspects and records data per the company's standards
- Specific duties include inspecting and testing manufactured products for conformance to quality standards on time (with emphasis on vital product characteristics) to establish a sampling plan
- Maintain work area and general plant conditions according to established practices and instructions




- Understand and follow the Company’s Abnormal Stop Procedures
- Reports nonconformance to quality specifications to the Team Leader
- Ability to use and understand quality measuring equipment and specifications
- Maintain a professional attitude when communicating and working with other team members or management
- Participate in the Company's America Kaizen Program by offering improvement ideas by the established program
- Assist in training new team members as needed and/or recognized
- Comply with all attendance, safety, security, company policies, procedures, work instructions, and rules
- Performs other reasonable duties as requested by the supervisor and/or management
