We are seeking a highly skilled Test Engineer specializing in In-Circuit Testing (ICT) platforms to join our Integral Business Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for program development, debugging, fixture maintenance, and technical optimization of ICT test stations across high-complexity SMT production lines. You will work closely with production, quality, and global customers to maximize yield and eliminate downtime.

Requirements:
- Education:



Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Telecommunications, or Computer Engineering.
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on professional experience as a Test Engineer in the electronics manufacturing (EMS) industry, specifically focusing on ICT platforms.
- Language: Advanced / Fluent English (Mandatory. Capable of leading technical discussions, troubleshooting reviews, and reporting with international customers).

Key Responsibilities:
- ICT Programming & Debugging: Develop, debug, and optimize test programs and routines for ICT platforms on new product introductions (NPI) and mass production lines.
- Yield Improvement: Analyze first-pass yield metrics, perform root-cause analysis on test failures, and implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) to minimize false calls and downtime.
