For your awareness, IFF has announced its intention to sell its Food Ingredients Business to CVC Capital Partners. The sale is presently expected to close in the first half of 2027, pending regulatory approvals and other closing conditions.
The Food Ingredients business unit will remain a part of IFF until close and, at such time, it will transition to CVC Capital Partners. Where You'll Make a Difference
- Develop and execute the site maintenance and reliability strategy to maximize asset performance and operational continuity.
- Lead the Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, Utilities, and Maintenance Planning teams.
- Drive preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability.
- Reduce unplanned downtime through effective asset management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, Safety (EHS), Process Safety Management (PSM), and Mechanical Integrity requirements.
- Lead plant shutdowns, turnarounds, and major maintenance activities to support production objectives.
