The Revenue Operations (RevOps) Specialist is responsible for aligning sales, marketing, and customer success processes, data, and technology to drive predictable and scalable revenue growth. This role serves as the operational backbone of the go-to-market function - owning CRM administration, pipeline analytics, process documentation, and tool optimization.



The RevOps Specialist enables the sales team to operate more efficiently by ensuring data integrity, automating workflows, and providing actionable insights to leadership.

Role Responsibilities

• Own and administer the company's CRM platform, ensuring data integrity, workflow automation, and user adoption.

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and revenue performance.

• Design and document sales processes, playbooks, and workflows to improve efficiency and consistency across the team.

• Identify bottlenecks in the revenue funnel and implement solutions to improve conversion rates and cycle times.

• Manage and optimize the company's sales tech stack (CRM, engagement tools, enrichment platforms, etc.).

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CS leadership to align on funnel definitions, handoff processes, and attribution models.

• Support sales forecasting by maintaining accurate data models and pipelin
