We're looking for a
Overseas Operations Analyst
to join our
Overseas Operations
team. This role is key to ensuring accurate, on-time execution of cross-border ground and ocean export shipments, delivering an outstanding client experience while maintaining constant communication with carriers, ocean lines and international agents. We're looking for someone with solid experience in cross-border ground export and ocean export, with the opportunity to learn and build expertise in air export along the way.





Required Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, International Trade, Logistics or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in cross-border ground export within a freight forwarder.
- Solid operational knowledge of cross-border processes, export documentation (HBL/MBL, pedimentos, manifests, shipping instructions), bookings, cut-offs and logistics processes.
- Fluent in English.

What You'll Do:
- Coordinate cross-border ground, ocean and air export shipments: manage bookings, carriers, ocean lines, agents, warehouses and ground transportation logistics.
- Prepare and manage export documentation with precision and compliance.
- Monitor shipment status: cut-offs, departures, tracking, and timely updates to clients/agents.
- Maintain clear, constant communication with clients, carriers and agents — ensuring transparency and reliability.
