Position Summary

We are seeking a Product & Marketing Manager to develop product positioning, marketing campaigns, and customer-facing communications for the Mexican market.

This position will translate product features and technical information into clear consumer benefits, product-launch materials, sales tools, training content, and locally relevant campaigns. The role will also adapt materials from general headquarters for Mexican consumers and coordinate brand and digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop product positioning, customer benefits, key messages, and marketing strategies.
- Translate technical product information into clear consumer-facing content.
- Adapt headquarters materials for Mexican language, culture, and consumer preferences.
- Plan and support product launches, campaigns, advertising, and promotional activities.
- Create product presentations, sales materials, comparison guides, and training content.
- Coordinate digital content, social media, advertising, and brand communications.




- Support ATL and BTL marketing activities.
- Conduct competitor, consumer, pricing, and market-trend analysis.
- Provide product training to sales teams, customers, promoters, and business partners.
- Collaborate with sales, retail marketing, e-commerce, technical product teams, agencies, and headquarters.
- Monitor campaign and launch performance and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate PR and advertising activities, including press releases, media communications, advertising campaigns, agency coordination, and promotional opportunities that strengthen product and brand visibility in Mexico.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in product, brand, or digital marketing.
