Job Summary
The Advanced Manufacturing Engineer (AME) – Assembly is responsible for the development, implementation, validation,



and continuous improvement of manufacturing and assembly processes.

This position requires a strong hands-on manufacturing mindset and will work cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Tooling, Supply Chain, and Product Engineering to support New Product Introductions (NPI), process optimization, automation, and manufacturing excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Advanced Manufacturing Engineering
- Develop, implement, validate, and optimize manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Develop manufacturing methods, tooling, fixtures, workstations, and process layouts.
- Interpret engineering drawings and translate product requirements into effective manufacturing processes.
- Lead manufacturing readiness activities for New Product Introductions (NPI).
- Drive productivity, quality, safety, throughput, and manufacturing efficiency improvements.

Tooling, Equipment & Automation
- Support the design and implementation of tooling and fixture
