We are a growing international logistics and transportation company with operations and teams across different countries.
As we continue expanding, we are looking for an HR professional to support our people operations and help ensure a consistent, organized, and positive employee experience across the organization.
Position Overview
We are looking for an HR People Operations Specialist to join our Human Resources team.
This position will support key processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts and renewals, employee documentation, internal policies, training coordination, disciplinary processes, and offboarding.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources, strong organizational and communication skills, and advanced English, as this role requires regular collaboration with international teams.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and follow up on onboarding processes for new hires.
Prepare, manage, and follow up on employment contracts and contract renewals.
Present company policies, procedures, and relevant HR information to new employees.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper organization of personnel files and HR documentation.
Monitor contract expiration dates and coordinate renewals in a timely manner.
Support employee offboarding and termination processes, ensuring proper documentation and followup.
Manage and follow up on administrative and disciplinary actions according to internal policies.
Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate onboarding, training, and internal development activities.
Maintain HR databases, trackers, and employee information up to date.
Prepare HR documentation, reports, letters, and other employeerelated materials.
Provide daytoday support to employees regarding HR processes, policies,



and general inquiries.
Collaborate with managers and HR team members across different countries.
Support additional People Operations and HR initiatives as needed.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist, People Operations, HR Executive, or similar role.
Advanced English is required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Experience with onboarding, employee documentation, contracts, and general HR processes.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information professionally.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up on different HR processes simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a multicultural and international environment.
English Requirement
This position requires regular collaboration with teams and stakeholders in different countries.
Advanced English is mandatory, and the second interview will be conducted entirely in English.
