Role Responsibilities

Perfect Store execution (6Ps)
Operational leadership of promotional teams
Sell-out and on-floor negotiation
Operational control and analysis
Execution of displays, pricing, front-of-store layouts, and planograms
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Business Administration, Business, or a related field
Experience in retail and wholesale required
3–5 years as an Operations Supervisor
Proven ability to negotiate on the sales floor
Expertise in sell-out, inventory,



and turnover
Leadership with multidisciplinary teams
Operational leadership in the field, with a constant presence on the sales floor
Results-oriented and resilient in the face of challenges
Strong focus on operational quality and flawless execution
Commercial acumen and understanding of the shopper
Continuous improvement and operational discipline
Ability to optimize routes, processes, and team performance
Analytical skills to act on data (sell-out, shelf space, prices)
Intermediate knowledge of Excel
