We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our team. This is an opportunity to lead strategic high impact projects and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Requirements

- Degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial, Mechanical, or related fields.

- Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional)

- Advanced English (ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing).

- Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience managing complex projects end-to-end.

- Experience managing cross-functional and international teams across multiple locations and time zones.

- Experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, engineering, or industrial projects.

- Project Management Methodologies: Advanced proficiency in Scrum, Kanban, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.





- Digital Tools: Expert-level experience with project management software such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, or Trello.

- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage complex projects from planning to execution.

- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.

- Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying and mitigating risks.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards and applicable regulations.

- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients and suppliers.
