- +5 year´s experience in the manufacturing environment as a npi lead or npi manager ,
- experience on sheet metal process preferred.
- +5 year´s experience leading major transitions of projects and npi programs.
- bachelor industrial / mechanical/mechatronics engineering.
- excellent verbal and writing communication skills in both spanish and english.
- design software knowledge (solidworks, proe, etc) desiderable

responsibilities:

- main technical point of contact with customers.
- lead project strategy, implementation, and risk prevention efforts
- lead project meeting status with team members (internally / externally).
- tracks and provides project status (internally / externally).
- creates project timelines, keeps them updated and ensures all people involved in the project
- comply with the deadlines and key dates, within scope and budget.
- supports the production team coordinating with vendors and suppliers as needed
- manage resources and develop action plans for project members
- lead technical activities during project definition and production initiation

qualifications, skills, and abilities:

- knowledge of apqp, ppap. Pfmea,



and production processes.
- knowledge of gauges / poka yokes , fixtures and production processes.
- knowledge of office tools (excel , powerpoint,etc)
- experience working in a integral environment with diverse and remote teams using project management tools
