process engineer

- develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- analyze performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement.
- participate in new product introduction (npi).
- create and update work instructions, flowcharts, and process documentation.
- implement cost-reduction and cycle-time optimization projects.
- provide technical support to production lines and resolve process-related issues.
- apply lean manufacturing, six sigma, and continuous improvement tools.
- collaborate with quality, production, engineering, and maintenance teams.

- bachelor’s degree in industrial, electronic, or mechatronic engineering (or a related field).




- minimum of 2 years of experience in electronics manufacturing processes.
- knowledge of smt processes, electronic assembly, and pcb manufacturing (desirable).
- proficiency in lean manufacturing tools, 5s, kaizen, and root cause analysis.
- intermediate to advanced english proficiency.
- analytical thinking.
- problem-solving.
- teamwork.
- effective communication.
- results-oriented mindset.
- proactivity and innovation.
