What you’ll be doing:

- Develop and maintain detailed internal customer profiles in CargoWise, ensuring all departments have access to accurate and comprehensive customer information.
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations to customers, helping them select the most appropriate solutions for their freight and logistics needs, including preparing quotations as required.
- Coordinate shipment bookings and validate ocean/air freight from origin to destination, ensuring timely updates and tracking information are communicated to customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, delivering exceptional customer service and managing special requests to build strong client relationships.
- Manage daily communications related to assigned accounts, directing customer concerns to the appropriate departments when necessary to ensure swift resolution.
- Send new shipment bookings to customers.
- Validate and confirm all ocean/air shipment bookings from origin to destination, ensuring customer satisfaction.




- Trace empty containers and ensure their timely return or apply per diem billing when necessary.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with strong emphasis on accuracy and compliance.

Who you are:

- You have a bachelor’s degree in international business or equivalent experience
- Around one year of experience in an administrative/clerical type role
- You possess knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- Your strengths are prioritizing, working in a fast-paced environment, you’re customer-oriented and have a good sense of urgency
- Advanced English level is a must

Work Schedule

- GDL Office 7:00AM-4:00PM / 8:00AM-5:00PM CST
