A fast-growing technology company in the Architectural Services industry seeks a results-driven AEC Product Consultant. This role focuses on providing exceptional support to clients using our AI-powered Saa S platform for architectural layout planning and visualization.

Responsibilities Manage inbound client communications, providing exceptional customer service. Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations and provide updates. Build strong client relationships and trust. Review project information, requesting clarifications or missing details as needed. Provide technical assistance and answer client questions via live chat and email. Troubleshoot platform issues, reporting technical problems to the relevant teams and keeping clients informed. Qualifications Proficiency in Auto CAD (required). Experience with general clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (required). Strong problem-solving skills. Additional languages (e.g., French) a plus.
