responsibilities

- provide day-to-day support and maintenance for peoplesoft applications
- troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to peoplesoft software
- collaborate with end-users to understand their needs and provide effective solutions
- perform system testing and upgrades to keep the software up-to-date
- develop and maintain documentation for peoplesoft processes and procedures
- assist in the development and implementation of new peoplesoft modules and features
- ensure data integrity and security within peoplesoft applications
- provide training and support to end-users on peoplesoft functionalities

technical skills

required skills and qualifications

- in-depth knowledge of peoplesoft applications and modules




- proficiency in peopletools, peoplecode, and application engine
- experience with sql and database management
- understanding of integration tools and techniques within peoplesoft
- familiarity with peoplesoft security and access controls

soft skills

- strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality

education and experience

- bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- previous experience in a peoplesoft support or similar role
- certification in peoplesoft applications or related technologies is a plus
