- manage a team of 4/5 individual contributors supporting acs and collaboration solutions
- manage spend for the two business units and prepare/manage spend flashes
- ensure month-end and quarter-end entries are recorded accurately
- prepare spend budgets for the two gbus and horizontal spend
- advise senior management on organizational policies and long-term goals
- analyze monthly financial and operating results, explain variances, identify improvements, and recommend opportunities
- support capital strategies to maximize return on investment
- ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis

requirements

- four-year or graduate degree in business administration, economics, finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
- typically has 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field
- knowledge of accounting, auditing, automation, corporate finance, data analysis, economics, finance,



financial analysis, financial modeling, financial planning, financial services, financial statements, gaap, internal controls, investments, kpis, process improvement, p&l; management, sap applications, and variance analysis
- certified corporate financial planning & analysis professional (fp&a;) preferred
- certified management accountant (cma) preferred
