1. Role & Responsibilities

- Conduct vehicle road testing, evaluation, and benchmarking from the customer perspective in the Mexican market under real-world driving conditions.

- Identify, analyze, and report vehicle issues; work closely with Engineering and Quality teams to reproduce, verify, and support product improvements.

2. Job Description

- Perform road tests, vehicle evaluations, functional tests, and benchmarking based on test plans and checklists.

- Evaluate vehicle performance, driving feel, functionality, reliability,



and overall customer experience.

- Record, analyze, and report vehicle issues; support issue reproduction and technical verification.

- Collect test data using cameras, GPS, OBD, data loggers, and other testing equipment.

- Develop and execute suitable test routes and real-world driving scenarios for the Mexican market.

- Manage and inspect test vehicles to ensure they are safe and ready for testing.

- Strictly follow driving safety, traffic regulations, and product confidentiality requirements.

- University degree or College diploma in Automotive, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

- Valid driver’s license and at least 3 years of practical driving experience, with a good driving record.

- Experience in Vehicle Testing, Vehicle Evaluation, Automotive R&D;, Quality, or Ride & Handling is an advantage.

- Basic knowledge of vehicle systems, automotive electronics, CAN/LIN, and OBD/diagnostics.

- Strong observation, analytical, problem-solving, and technical reporting skills.

- Good English communication skills; Spanish is an advantage.

- Careful, disciplined, safety-conscious, adaptable, and willing to work in field-testing environments.
