In this role, the candidate will be responsible for providing program management support within the general security team globally with emphasis on life safety, risk reporting and delivering operational excellence. Anticipate and address assets or operations where security is not adequate and can be exploited by a threat. Evaluate geopolitical activities and events and synthesize key intelligence to inform internal and external stakeholder constituents or employees of potential threats. Inform, escalate, and manage the risks to appropriate teams. Security Services: Develop and execute procedures and processes to provide protection across all security disciplines (e.g., personnel and company property, day-to-day damage, vandalism, loss prevention, security-related risk programs, personnel privacy) by meeting required codes and regulations. Maintain records, manuals, and documentation related to security. Administer organizational security plans and operations. Internally, provide training on security protocols, operating standards, and response requirements. Develop and execute troubleshooting guides and standard monitoring procedures to oversee daily activities across networks and systems. Perform analysis to detect advanced security threats, alerts, or risks and escalate to critical incident response team and/or external authorities, if necessary.
Implement and assist in developing security protocols to support the physical protection of company personnel and assets. Deliver and maintain security programs in areas of responsibility. Measure impact of security programs in areas of responsibility. Manage delivery of day-to-day today security activities in the areas of responsibilities (e.g., event security risk management, travel security support, visitor management, security patrols). Deliver specialized physical security services for larger regions. Prepare for and respond to security and life-safety threats, incidents, alerts, and risks. Leadership and Communication: Develop public, private, and supplier partnerships. Engage with the stakeholders (e.g., human resources [HR], suppliers, maintenance) and communicate risk assessment findings. Coordinate activities with HR, legal, and authorities having jurisdiction as appropriate. 5+ years of experience in law enforcement, corporate security, security program or related field. Experience working with third-party vendors/suppliers Fluency in Spanish and English Bachelor's Degree in Business Risks, or related field AND 10+ years of experience in corporate security Ability to travel if necessary Ability to manage incidents, situations, and personnel at multiple locations throughout the region.
