You Are:

UST is searching for a Senior Software Developer (Full Stack) who will develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js, Material UI, Vite, and TypeScript.

The opportunity:

· Design and implement reusable UI components and design patterns using industry best practices

· Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into high-quality, performant applications

· Optimize frontend performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility

· Maintain code quality through code reviews and adherence to coding standards

· Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js, Express.js, and TypeScript

· Debug complex issues in AWS environments efficiently

· Leverage C# for specific integrations as needed (nice to have)

· Ensure backend security, reliability, and adherence to architectural standards

· Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins

· Manage deployment artifacts in S3 and oversee application pipeline management

· Collaborate with DevOps teams on infrastructure scaling and optimization

· Share best practices and drive continuous improvement within the team

· Write comprehensive unit tests using JEST for frontend and backend code

· Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in applications

· Debug complex issues efficiently across the full stack

What you need:

· 5+ years of professional software development experience

· Proven track record designing, developing, and maintaining scalable full-stack applications

· Experience with enterprise-level software development

· Required Technical Skills - Frontend

· Proven experience in front-end development using React.js

· Strong expertise in Material UI and TypeScript

· Experience writing responsive web applications

· Proficiency in JEST for unit testing and code quality assurance

· Strong JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals and best practices

· Experience with REST API consumption and integration





· Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills

· Required Technical Skills - Backend

· Strong expertise in Node.js and Express.js development

· Proficiency in TypeScript for backend services

· Strong experience with MongoDB databases for application development, performance optimization, and data management

· Experience with AWS Lambda and serverless architecture

· API development and design expertise

· Experience writing and maintaining unit tests

· Strong debugging skills in AWS environments

· Required Technical Skills - Cloud & DevOps

· Strong proficiency in AWS cloud services and environments

· Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or CloudFormation

· Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline implementation using Jenkins

· Experience managing deployment artifacts in S3

· Understanding of cloud-native development practices

· Knowledge of AWS Lambda, EC2, S3, and other core AWS services

· Experience with application pipeline management and deployment processes

· Preferred Skills & Technologies

· Experience with Storybook for UI component development and documentation

· Familiarity with Vite as a build tool

· Familiarity with Bootstrap

· Experience with C# for specific backend integrations

· Experience with MongoDB and Express.js in enterprise application environments

· Knowledge of design patterns and architectural best practices
