Weare seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Telephone

Service Representative to join our remote team.

In this role, you will be the first pointof contact for our clients, providing timely and professionalcustomer support.

Your primary responsibility will be to answerincoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, andprovide information on behalf of our clients.

Asa remote team member, you must be comfortable workingindependently, demonstrating reliability and excellentcommunication skills.

You will need to adapt quickly to varyingclient needs and call volumes while adhering to company policiesand procedures.

We strive to deliver an exceptional level ofservice, and you will play a crucial role in helping us meet thosestandards by delivering outstanding support to our clients.

Thisis not a telemarketing or sales position—your focus will be onservice, not selling.

- Handle customer inquiries via phone in acourteous and professional manner.

- Provide accurate information to clients,maintaining a customer-service-driven approach.

- Ensure proper documentation and data entryafter each interaction.

- Maintain exceptional attendance andpunctuality.





- Uphold professional phone etiquette and apositive attitude.

- Adhere to company policies, includingmaintaining a drug-free work environment.

Requirements

- Strong attention todetail and commitment to customersatisfaction.

- Minimum typing speedof 25 words per minute.

- Ability tocommunicate effectively and professionally withclients.

- Drug-free and able tomaintain a positive, professional attitude.

Machines:

- Windows 11 Pro.

- 16GB of RAM.

- Quad-core processorwith a CPU speed of at least 2.5 GHz.

Mac

Machines:

- Supported versions ofmacOS with all updates.

- Minimum of 16GB ofRAM with an M series chip.

All

Computer Set-Ups Must Have:

- Dual monitors (19”each) with widescreen recommended for better softwareexperience.

- Dedicated internetconnection with minimum speeds of 7 Mbps download / 3 Mbpsupload.

- Ethernet connectionrequired (Wi-Fi and satellite are not acceptable).

- A webcam formeetings, training, and quality monitoring.

- A noise-cancelingheadset to maintain clear communication with customers.

- Must have antivirusprotection (Windows Defender is not allowed).
