The Assistant Program Manager will report directly to the Account Manager Leader and will assist AM to support the organization's strategic direction as well as managing long term goals. Also follow up budgets and operating plans for programs, may write program funding proposals and business growth of each customer. It is responsible for the overall integrity and coherence of the program.

They will support the development and maintaining the program environment to support each individual project within it.

Responsibilities

- Work with activities of account/program team members and is helps planning, also assist AM on budgeting activities, and maintaining costs for functional area.
- Manages customer satisfaction, the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSMP) collection and related reviews and corrective actions. Will be in contact with customer for relationship building and growing business is expected
- Participates in Profit and Loss (P&L;) analysis, follow up relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
- Coordinate with Account team to address with customer commercial issues pertinent to project execution.




- Coordinate with customer’s technical team to help resolve design or process issues that result in quality concerns prior to start of mass production.
- Organizes project-related activities and communications among departments, customers, vendors and the community.
- Follow up negotiations with customer on all contracts, quoting and other business items. May be the primary contact for new or critical customer programs.
- Contributes and follow up strategies to deliver customer requirements and may recommend company capabilities in manufacturing and engineering services.
- Contribute to the workplace safety and health improvement for the employees, as well as environmental protection, by adhering to the company’s Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
- +3 years of experience in a similar roles.
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Ability to travel
- External Customer Focus Experience.
