I’m looking for someone to build Mystra with me.

Mystra started as a passion project and has grown into a Mexico City–based luxury fragrance and sensual wellness brand. We recently launched our signature fragrance, and I’m now at the point where I don’t want to build the next stage of the company alone.

I’m looking for a commercially minded, entrepreneurial partner who can complement my strengths and share the responsibility of turning Mystra into a bigger, general brand.

This is not a traditional job. And I’m not necessarily looking for someone who is ready to quit their current position tomorrow.

I’m open to different ways of building this together. It could start alongside your current role, as a serious side venture, or evolve into a full-time commitment as we grow and raise capital together.

What I’m looking for

Someone who enjoys building — not just advising.

You might have a background in:

- Sales & business development
- Marketing & brand growth
- Retail & distribution
- E-commerce
- Partnerships
- Fundraising / investor relations
- Or simply a strong entrepreneurial track record

More importantly, I’m looking for someone who is commercially driven, proactive, independent, resourceful and excited by the idea of building something from the ground up.

What we would build together





You would take a leading role in the commercial side of Mystra, including:

→ Revenue and growth strategy

→ Sales and distribution

→ Retail and strategic partnerships

→ New market expansion

→ Fundraising alongside me

→ Building scalable growth systems

I currently lead product, creative direction, brand vision and much of the day-to-day business.

I’m looking for someone whose strengths complement mine and who can genuinely share the responsibility of building the company.

What this could become

This is an equity-based co-founder opportunity, with the possibility of a fixed salary as the company grows. Commission-based compensation can also be structured from the beginning, particularly around sales, partnerships and capital raised. The exact structure can be shaped around the right person, their level of commitment, and what we build together.
