Comrade Digital Marketing Agency is looking for a mid-senior
Account Manager to join our Client Success team. This isn't a
task-management role — it's a seat at the table where you'll shape
strategy, steer client relationships, and drive tangible business
outcomes. You'll take full ownership of a diverse portfolio of
agency clients, guiding them through everything from campaign
planning and performance reviews to website launches and long-range
growth initiatives. If you thrive when balancing big-picture
thinking with day-to-day execution, this is the kind of challenge
built for you. WHAT YOU'LL DO Take the lead on a book of 15–20+
client accounts, serving as their primary strategic contact and the
person ultimately accountable for outcomes. Facilitate quarterly
business reviews and performance discussions, delivering
data-backed insights and forward-looking recommendations.
Orchestrate cross-functional delivery across SEO, paid media,
content, creative, and web development teams to keep initiatives on
track and on-brand. Guide website and creative projects from
discovery through launch — including scope definition, timeline
management, and stakeholder alignment. Spot early warning signs,
address risks before they escalate, and champion proactive
communication to maintain client confidence. Uncover organic growth
opportunities within existing accounts and build the business case
for expanded engagements. Set clear expectations, manage scope
thoughtfully, and ensure production teams have the direction they
need to deliver exceptional work. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Essential
(4+ years of experience) At least 4 years in account management or
client success within a digital marketing agency environment.
Demonstrated ability to juggle 15–20+ simultaneous client
relationships without sacrificing quality or responsiveness. A
track record of running executive-level strategy sessions, business
reviews, and retention-focused planning. Solid fluency in core
digital channels — SEO, paid search, content marketing, and web
analytics — enough to lead informed conversations (hands-on
execution not required). Polished communication and presentation
skills with the confidence to advise, challenge, and guide senior
stakeholders. Bonus Points Hands-on involvement in website
redesigns, platform migrations, or creative project coordination. A
history of expanding account revenue through thoughtful upselling
or broadening scope. Comfort working asynchronously with
distributed, international teams. Familiarity with tools like
ClickUp, GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs,
or similar platforms. WHY COMRADE Work from anywhere — fully remote
with a collaborative, high-trust culture. Competitive base salary
plus a performance-driven commission structure. Comprehensive
benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and generous PTO.
Direct exposure to executive-level client conversations and real
strategic impact. A tight-knit agency team that values initiative,
clear thinking, and professional growth. Ready to make an impact?
