Role Description The Customer Service Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for answering and managing inbound calls and messages on behalf of client businesses. Day-to-day tasks include greeting callers with professional phone etiquette, identifying their needs, providing accurate information, and documenting interactions in company systems. The specialist will follow client-specific scripts and guidelines, escalate issues when needed, and ensure that each caller has a smooth, respectful, and efficient experience.





This role also involves monitoring queues, maintaining response times, collaborating with team members, and contributing feedback to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support, with a focus on resolving inquiries effectively.
- Ability to promote positive Customer Experience and Customer Satisfaction through active listening, empathy, and clear communication.
- Professional Phone Etiquette, including courteous greetings, appropriate tone, and accurate message-taking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the ability to follow scripts while exercising sound judgment.
- Comfort working remotely with reliable internet access, strong time management, and attention to detail.
- Experience in call center, answering service, or similar customer-facing environments is beneficial.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service or communications is a plus.
