This role is a key link between our customers and internal teams, supporting customer requirements, demand monitoring, project coordination, and shipment follow-up.

- What will you do?
- Monitor customer demand, forecasts, and changes in requirements.
- Identify potential supply and capacity risks and communicate them internally.
- Coordinate customer requirements with Planning, Production, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics.
- Follow up on local project validation and new project introductions.
- Track customer requests, project status, milestones, and action items.
- Support shipment planning and local logistics execution.
- Prepare customer reports, demand updates, forecasts, and project status reports.




- Maintain effective communication with customers and provide timely updates.
- Escalate customer, supply, capacity, or project-related risks when necessary.
