Revenue Management Sr. Coordinator

DTS & Proximity Channel

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Revenue Management Sr. Coordinator to join our team and help drive profitable growth within the DTS & Proximity Channel.

In this role, you will play a critical part in developing and executing data-driven Revenue Management strategies that unlock business opportunities and maximize portfolio performance. Working closely with Commercial, Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams, you will analyze key growth levers including pricing, pack-price architecture, promotion effectiveness, and route-to-market performance.

Your ability to transform data into actionable insights will directly contribute to improving revenue, profitability, market share, and sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities:

- Your Impact

As a Revenue Management Sr. Coordinator, you will:
- Support the design and execution of short- and long-term Revenue Management strategies for the DTS & Proximity Channel, leveraging key revenue growth management pillars to improve Share of Market, profitability, net revenue, and sustainable growth.

- Identify portfolio and category opportunities through deep customer and channel analysis,



strengthening market share and margins while uncovering whitespace opportunities at the point of sale.

- Deliver advanced analytical insights that support strategic decision-making by integrating consumer behavior trends, competitive intelligence, and internal financial performance indicators.

- Lead the development and monitoring of shopper-centric initiatives for the Savory portfolio, ensuring alignment with consumer needs and operational feasibility, including coordination with cross-functional teams on packaging and implementation timelines.

- Contribute to long-term pricing strategy development and oversee pricing execution across the channel, conducting robust discount and promotion analysis supported by consumer insights, benchmarks, and financial impact assessments.

- Partner closely with Finance, Marketing, Commercial, and Sales teams to ensure alignment of pricing, portfolio, and volume strategies, maximizing execution excellence within the traditional trade environment.

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented professional who is passionate about transforming data into growth opportunities.

Qualifications

- 1-2 years of experience in Revenue Management, Commercial Finance, Business Analytics, Sales Strategy, or related fields.
- Academic background with strong quantitative foundations, including statistics and data analysis.
- Knowledge of the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry and understanding of commercial and channel dynamics.




- Strong database management and analytical capabilities with the ability to handle large datasets and generate strategic insights.
- Advanced problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making mindset.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional environments.
