The Fine Dining Restaurant Manager will lead the operation of a fine dining restaurant, delivering impeccable, highly personalized service aligned with five-star Forbes hotel level standards. The role is responsible for managing the guest journey, service excellence, team performance, reservations, food and beverage presentation, hotel wine program, quality control, and operational profitability. The adecuado candidate will champion precision, discretion, refined hospitality, and continuous improvement while creating memorable experiences for discerning international guests.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury fine dining, preferably in a Michelin-starred or Michelin-recognized restaurant or five-star hotel.
- Proven experience leading high-performing teams in a sophisticated, detail-oriented service environment.
- Strong knowledge of fine dining service, gastronomy, wine, spirits, and international hospitality standards.
- Advanced wine knowledge is highly desirable.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent Spanish and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Impeccable personal presentation, discretion, cultural awareness, and attention to detail.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
